Tempting Fête is an open-air festival created in part thanks to the generous support of the Greater Columbus Art Council. The event provides the opportunity for artists, crafts people, vendors, and others, to exhibit, display, and sell their work in an outdoor market forum that has been specifically designed and purposed to be safe in the time of COVID-19.
Held in Columbus Ohio, on the site of the former home of noted cartoonist Billy Ireland (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billy_Ireland ), the objective of this endeavor is to provide opportunity and occasion to those in need of it, and seeks to find a way forward during this complex time. While this event may continue in the future the goal here is to identify what can be done safely and comfortably with conscientious individuals placing a priority on the life and lives of our fellow community members.
Bathroom facilities will be provided to exhibitors but not available to visitors. Additionally, no on-site food or edibles will be available in an effort to promote on-going and progressive attendance, with fixed occupancy. Street parking is available to attendee's and extra parking is possible at the Eldon and Elsie Ward Family YMCA, two blocks south.
